Key performance indicators, dashboards, and executive reporting provide the Facilities Department and other hospital departments with comprehensive visibility into planned and ongoing capital projects, facilities and real estate assets, risk controls, and personnel efficiency.
Case Study: Capital Project Management Automation
The capital projects group of a multi-billion dollar real estate developer hired Enstoa to automate key project management processes using a workflow and collaboration based software tool. The real estate developer's rapid growth and partnership-based business model made it necessary to standardize processes and reporting across locations. Enstoa was hired as part of an overall IT strategy to incorporate best practices and move towards streamlined "paperless" processes. Key project management tasks from manual spreadsheets and word-processing documents were transformed into automated processes.
